31-year-old Tuwan Gainer of Atlantic City was arrested for allegedly attempting an armed carjacking at Bellevue and Pacific Avenues early Saturday morning. The victim, a woman with her child in the backseat, did not immediately call 9-1-1 but later flagged down an officer. A description of the suspect was shared with other officers, who located and apprehended Gainer, who was found with a loaded handgun.
