60-year-old woman Jacqueline Ratliff stabbed a 32-year-old man to death inside their Bronx apartment building, Walton Henwood Apartments. The victim, John Welgoss, was found unconscious and unresponsive with multiple stab wounds to his chest. Ratliff, who is known to be an acquaintance to the victim, was arrested at the scene and is facing charges of murder, manslaughter, and criminal possession of a weapon.
