65-year-old Alfred Garcia, a Hispanic man with medical conditions, was reported missing on the city's southeast side. Last seen wearing a Dallas Cowboys cap, grey t-shirt, and blue jean shorts, he was last at an EZ pawn on S. Presa St. at 4:14 p.m. on May 24. A Silver Alert was issued, and anyone with information is urged to contact Bexar County Sheriff's Office at (210) 355-6070.
