31-year-old Edmonton man charged with failing to stop at an accident resulting in death of 41-year-old Kathleen Desmoulin from Long Lake 58 First Nation, found on Highway 11 on November 18, 2023. The suspect was arrested with assistance from CBSA and RCMP in Saskatchewan and appeared in a Thunder Bay courtroom. Police continue to investigate the case.
