25-year-old Campbell man Nicholas Hosteter arrested for elder abuse, assault, and kicking an officer.
25-year-old Campbell man Nicholas Hosteter was arrested for two counts of elder abuse, including punching a 75-year-old man in the face and an earlier incident where he allegedly punched another man in the stomach. Hosteter was also charged with kicking an officer during his arrest. Police located Hosteter with the assistance of his parents and are currently investigating these battery incidents.
