Scottish Labour leader Anas Sarwar admits his family's business, United Wholesale, does not currently pay a "genuine living wage" to all employees. Sarwar's party plans to introduce new minimum rates of pay linked to the cost of living as part of their "new deal for workers" proposal. The real living wage, set by the Living Wage Foundation, currently stands at £12 per hour in the UK and £13.15 in London.
