Red Lobster Canada is seeking to have an Ontario court recognize and enforce its US Chapter 11 bankruptcy. A lawyer for Red Lobster's Canadian operations plans to bring an application to the Ontario Superior Court of Justice on behalf of the Canadian arm of the seafood restaurant. The chain, which runs 27 restaurants in Canada, is listed as a "related debtor" in the US bankruptcy protection proceedings.
