North Charleston Fire Department rescued a kitten trapped inside a car engine on Friday.

North Charleston Fire Department (NCFD) firefighters rescued a kitten trapped inside a car engine on Friday. The E213-C shift crew dismantled part of the fender wall to safely remove the kitten from the vehicle. NCFD described the incident as a "cat-astrophe" averted and a "purr-fect" ending.
