A Mumbai court extended the police custody of Bhavesh Bhinde, the advertising firm director linked to a collapsed hoarding that killed 17 people, until May 29. Bhinde's company, M/S Ego Media Pvt Ltd, managed the hoarding, which fell during a dust storm and heavy rain on May 13. Bhinde was arrested in Rajasthan on May 16 and is being investigated by the crime branch for culpable homicide under section 304 of the Indian Penal Code.
