Kaduna State Police arrested railway track vandal, Naim Mikaila, possessing 100 pieces of stolen tracks. Intelligence report led to the arrest on May 20. Mikaila, a Kajuru resident, couldn't provide a satisfactory explanation, leading to suspicion. Police Commissioner, Ali Dabigi, urged vigilance and reporting of suspicious activities. The suspect will face legal charges.
