3 injured in multi-car crash on I-10 in Okaloosa County. A Pensacola man's SUV entered the wrong lanes of I-10, colliding head-on with a sedan, then spinning to hit a pickup truck. The 45-year-old SUV driver was airlifted with serious injuries, the sedan driver, aged 21, was taken to the hospital via ambulance, and the pickup truck driver sustained minor injuries. The crash occurred on Friday night at around 10:27 PM.
