Hello Oriental, a popular East Asian food hall, is set to expand to the Trafford Centre in October. The co-owners, Azim Kourah and Ricky Yip, will bring over 100 dishes from their original site at Circle Square to the new location. Known for its family-inspired menu, Hello Oriental aims to bring a taste of East Asia to Trafford Centre shoppers, as part of the centre's commitment to supporting local talent.
