Harris County Sheriff's Chief of Staff, Jason Spencer, was arrested for allegedly violating a protective order at his son's residence.
Harris County Sheriff's Chief of Staff, Jason Spencer, was arrested for allegedly violating a protective order in The Woodlands. Spencer was found in his car near the home, in direct violation of the order. His attorney claims he was waiting for a planned visitation with his younger son. Earlier in May, Spencer faced an "injury to a child" charge for allegedly abusing his teenage son eight months prior.
