Gwent Police's former head of criminal justice, David Broadway, found guilty of gross misconduct for sexual misconduct allegations. A panel determined he would've been sacked if he hadn't resigned prior to the hearing. Gwent Chief Constable Pam Kelly praised the courage of the victims and reaffirmed that unacceptable behaviour has no place in the force. An independent review will be conducted into Broadway's employment.
