16-year-old stabbed to death in west London; police launch murder investigation. A teenager was stabbed to death in broad daylight in west London, sparking a murder investigation. Police were called to Bourne Avenue, in Hayes, at 1.30 pm on Friday, where they found the victim, aged 16, with stab injuries. Despite extensive efforts by medics, he was pronounced dead at the scene. His family have been informed, and no arrests have been made as police continue their inquiries.
