21-year-old Platteville man, Russell Books, died after his vehicle collided with three loose horses on Highway 80 in Grant County, Wisconsin early Thursday morning. The crash remains under investigation and marks the third fatal crash in the county this year. The horses, who had escaped their pasture, also died in the incident.
