32-year-old Josh Overall, convicted of robbery in Swansea, failed to return to HMP Prescoed prison. Gwent Police warned the public not to approach him but to contact them instead. Overall has links to Swansea and is described as 6ft 2in tall, with short dark hair and a tattoo on his right arm. An operational plan has been activated in cooperation with the prison to locate him.
