11-year-old child in Lancaster County allegedly given whiskey and 'Jamaican Me Happy' beverages by 34-year-old Justin Hoffman, who was charged with corruption of minors, endangering the welfare of children, and furnishing liquor to a minor. Police discovered the incident after receiving a suspected child abuse call on April 12. Hoffman also allegedly encouraged the child to steal.
