Labour Party (LP) National Chairman, Julius Abure, has been suspended from the party due to alleged high-handedness, fraud, and anti-party activities in his ward in Edo State. The suspension was announced in a letter dated May 14, 2024, by the Ward 3 Chairman, Arue, Uromi, Esan North East Local Government Area of Edo State, Mr. Thompson Ehiguese. The suspension was endorsed by the State Executive Committee led by Kelly Ogbaloi, taking immediate effect.
