Garnet Health, in partnership with Cornell Cooperative Extension Sullivan County, launches the FreshRx Produce Prescription Program in Orange and Sullivan counties. The program aims to increase fruit and vegetable consumption and educate on lifestyle changes for improved health. Eligible recipients, SNAP & Medicaid participants living in the counties, receive a $20 food voucher for local farmers markets.
