Rowan County couple, John David Elam (43) and Myra Patrice Elam (43), were arrested on child sexual abuse material charges following an undercover ICAC investigation. The couple uploaded sexually explicit videos of juveniles to an online platform. Their residence was searched, and they face multiple charges, including possessing material depicting a minor under 12 in a sexual performance, possessing material depicting a minor over 12 but under 18 in a sexual performance, and John Elam being charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
