A Christian legal firm is applauding JPMorgan Chase for rolling back its WePay service policy which previously required merchants to avoid payments or service usage for activities related to "social risk issues". The bank has removed the language from its WePay terms of service, following the discovery by the Alliance for Defending Freedom (ADF). The policy had previously led to the "de-banking" of several conservative individuals and nonprofit organizations.
