Brantford, Ontario, honors fallen Canadian soldiers Larry John Zuidema Rudd and Richard (Steve) Leary by naming intersecting streets in West Brant after them. The street dedication ceremony was attended by Mayor Kevin Davis, who said the streets will serve as a permanent reminder of their bravery, sacrifice, and ultimate price paid while serving in Afghanistan. The streets are located in the Wyndfield West Phase 8B subdivision near Shellard Lane and Conklin Road.
