Ghana's Accra Human Rights Court dismissed Food Sovereignty Ghana's challenge against the commercialization of Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs) in the country. The court ordered the National Biosafety Authority to label all GMOs on the market for consumers to make informed choices and directed the NBA to undertake a sensitization exercise to educate the public about GMOs.
