31-year-old Dublin man David O'Grady died from cocaine overdose, warns coroner Aisling Gannon.

Coroner Aisling Gannon warns there's "no quality or quantity of cocaine that is safe ever" after the death of a 31-year-old Dublin man who overdosed on the drug while socialising with housemates.
