24-year-old Christopher Morgan has been arrested and charged with breaking into motor vehicle or tanks, pumps where fuel or lubricants are stored and petit larceny after security cameras caught him drilling a hole in a church van's fuel tank and stealing fuel in Orangeburg County. The church van belonged to Homeward Bound Ministries and the damage was estimated to be around $800. Morgan could face up to five years in prison.
