Tennessee's attorney general is investigating a company's attempt to auction Elvis Presley's home, Graceland, at a foreclosure auction. The move was stopped by a judge after Presley's granddaughter filed a lawsuit claiming fraud. Nausanny Investments and Private Lending tried to sell Graceland after claiming Presley's daughter, Lisa Marie Presley, failed to repay a loan where Graceland was used as collateral.
