80 scrap dealers in Karachi attacked Gulistan-e-Johar police station, leaving two policemen injured, after three suspects were arrested for selling stolen goods. The attack, led by the president of the scrap dealers' association, Iqbal Rind, aimed to free the suspects. Six assailants were arrested, while the rest fled. The police used baton charges to disperse the attackers, and two FIRs were lodged at the police station.
