2 possible drowning deaths at Sandpoint Beach investigated by Windsor police.
Windsor police are investigating two possible drowning deaths at Sandpoint Beach. Officers were called to the scene shortly after 7 p.m. on Thursday and multiple resources, including the marine unit and Coast Guard, were deployed. Drones were also used in the search. The City of Windsor describes Sand Point Beach as the most popular beach in the city. Police are asking anyone with information to contact 911.
