The Philippines Supreme Court found Larry Gadon, the country's anti-poverty czar, guilty of gross misconduct for lies under oath and baseless accusations in an impeachment case against former Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno. Gadon was fined PHP150,000 and deemed ineligible for judicial clemency, meaning he can't be reinstated as a lawyer. This comes after Gadon was already disbarred.
