Nigeria's GDP grew by 2.98% in Q1 2024, with the services sector driving growth at 4.32% and contributing 58.04% to the aggregate GDP, according to the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS). This growth rate is higher than the 2.31% recorded in Q1 2023 but lower than the 3.46% growth in Q4 2023. The agriculture sector grew by 0.18%, while the industry sector saw a 2.19% growth, an improvement from the 0.31% recorded in Q1 2023.
