Illinois State Police seek public help in hit-and-run case on Collinsville Road. On May 22, a female pedestrian was severely injured after being hit by a car around 4:33 a.m. near Cahokia Mounds. The vehicle failed to stop and continued on Collinsville Road. Police believe the vehicle is a brown passenger car with front-end damage. Anyone with information is asked to contact Sgt.
