J&K's ACB arrested Srinagar's Pantha Chowk SHO, Inspector Azam Khan, for accepting a bribe.

J&K's Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) arrested Srinagar's Pantha Chowk police station SHO, Inspector Azam Khan, for accepting a bribe of Rs 2.50 lakh after a complaint was filed by a contractor. The first instalment of Rs 1.50 lakh was recovered in the presence of an executive magistrate and witnesses. Further investigation is underway to determine if the officer had any accomplices.
