Hindalco Industries, part of the Aditya Birla Group, reported a 24% increase in consolidated EBITDA to Rs 7,201 crore for Q4 FY24, driven by lower input costs and higher volumes. The Aluminium Upstream EBITDA reached Rs 2,709 crore, with EBITDA margins at 32%. Quarterly Copper EBITDA hit an all-time high of Rs 776 crore, a 30% YoY increase. Hindalco's copper business became the second largest in the world for copper rods, excluding China.
