Government plans to roll out training programs for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to enhance their capacity and competitiveness. Finance Minister, Dr. Mohammed Amin Adam, highlighted the critical role SMEs play in Ghana's economy, accounting for 92% of existing companies, 85% of manufacturing jobs, and 70% of GDP. The training programs aim to support SMEs' growth and development, providing sustainable, inclusive, and impactful employment opportunities.
