Eddie Kingston's return to AEW has been delayed due to a more severe injury than initially reported. The wrestler, who broke his tibia and sustained ACL and meniscus tears, will now likely be out of action until May 2025. Kingston initially planned to undergo surgery in late 2024 or early 2025 but has been advised to wait until at least July for his tibial fracture to heal, followed by physical therapy before surgery.
