The Detroit Lions will have joint practices with the New York Giants during training camp, while the Kansas City Chiefs opted against a joint session this year. The Lions will visit the Giants ahead of their first preseason game against them. Giants coach Brian Daboll also expects joint practices with the Lions and New York Jets, a continuation of the trend he initiated in 2022 with the Jets and in 2023 with the Lions.
