Colorado has become the first state in the U.S. to offer free access to mental health care for all students, thanks to the permanent "I Matter" program. Students can receive up to six free therapy sessions and connect with case managers if necessary. Amanda Dodson praised the program, stating it has been life-changing for her ten-year-old daughter with ADHD who has benefited from the therapy and support.
