The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has recalled Meta brand enoki mushrooms due to possible Listeria contamination. The recall was triggered by the agency's testing and a food safety investigation is underway. The recall currently applies in Ontario but may be expanded to other provinces and territories. Affected mushrooms come in 200-gram packages with UPC number 6 957937 482116. No illnesses linked to the mushrooms have been reported.
