Calloway County couple Samantha and Robert Arnett arrested for suspected child abuse of two children under 12.

Calloway County couple Samantha, 36, and Robert, 44, Arnett were arrested for suspected child abuse. Authorities believe the couple neglected or possibly abused two children under 12 in their care. The investigation by the Calloway County Sheriff's Office led to the arrest of the couple, who now face charges for Criminal Abuse, 1st Degree for a Child Under 12.
