Australian kids brand Romper & Co shut down due to multiple product recalls by ACCC for safety concerns.

Australian kids brand Romper & Co has shut down due to multiple product recalls by the ACCC due to safety concerns. On May 24, various items, including rattles, teething toys, baby bracelet jewellery, a silicone star, and a nordic hanging toy, were recalled due to the risk of choking, suffocation, or death if small parts dislodged into a child's mouth. This marks the company's second and third product recalls, following those in December 2023 and early 2024. Despite the safety issues, no mention was made on the company's social media. Instead, it was announced on May 2 that the company was closing down due to the personal circumstances of the owners.
