Attorney-General Fagbemi states Nnamdi Kanu's case, different from Sowore's, remains in court and should be resolved by law.
Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Lateef Fagbemi, has said the case of detained IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu, is a difficult one and can only be resolved by a competent court of law. He added that since the matter is already in court, it should be left to the law to have its way. Kanu's case is different from that of Omoyele Sowore, and although Kanu is held according to the Constitution, Fagbemi emphasized that the matter is still in court.
