Zentek and DCL Supply Ltd. sign distribution agreement for ZenGUARD filters on March 19, 2024.
Zentek and DCL Supply Ltd. have signed a distribution agreement for Zentek's ZenGUARD Enhanced Air Filters in the HVAC market. The agreement, effective March 19th, 2024, has an initial one-year term and automatically renews annually unless a party gives 90 days' notice before renewal. Health Canada's Pesticide Management Regulatory Agency is still assessing ZenGUARD for registration under the Pest Control Products Act.
