49-year-old tow truck driver died after suffering a medical emergency and crashing his vehicle on the Trans-Canada Highway near Victoria. The West Shore RCMP responded to the single-vehicle crash at 10:18 am but, despite attempts to revive him, the man was pronounced dead at the scene. Foul play is not suspected and the BC Coroners Service has been notified.
