21-year-old Omari Jones, an Orlando native, has been selected to represent Team USA in the 2024 Olympics. The boxer began training at just eight years old and credits his resilience in and out of the ring for helping him overcome hurdles and achieve his dream of becoming an Olympian. Despite the low percentage of Americans who become Olympians, Jones is proud to be mentioned among the greats in boxing history.
