3-year-old Levi Wright, son of rodeo star Spencer Wright, was declared brain dead after being submerged in a fast-moving river in Beaver County, Utah, after driving his toy tractor into the water. Despite medics restoring his heartbeat, they could not revive his brain functions. The family has decided to stop further care and hold Levi until his last breath on earth.
