16-year-old killed in Vaughan minibike vs. vehicle collision; 24-year-old driver faces charges of dangerous operation causing death, failure to stop after an accident causing death, and possession of a controlled substance. The incident took place at a four-way stop at Martin Grove Road and Jackman Crescent. York Regional Police are appealing for witnesses and dashcam or surveillance footage.
