West Virginia's WIC program will expand access to fresh produce by accepting its monthly cash value benefits at authorized farmers markets starting June 1. Benefits include $26 for child participants, $47 for pregnant and postpartum participants, and $52 for fully and partially breastfeeding participants. Participants will use a QR code through the WICShopper mobile app for electronic transactions at farmers markets.
