Virgin Hotels has made a "Last, Best and Final Offer" in ongoing contract negotiations with the Culinary and Bartenders Unions at its Las Vegas property. The hotel claims the union has not bargained in good faith, made misleading statements, and engaged in "take it or leave it bargaining." This comes after hundreds of Culinary Union members staged a strike for the first time in over two decades.
