UK's Nationwide plans to pay £100 bonuses to 3.9 million customers under its Fairer Share scheme by June 28, 2024.
Nationwide, the UK's largest building society, plans to pay £100 bonuses to 3.9 million customers who held a current account, mortgage, or savings account with the lender by March 31, 2024. The payments will be distributed between June 13 and June 28, 2024, and eligible customers will be notified by May 31. This is the second round of payments made through Nationwide's Fairer Share scheme, following the lender's £344 million in payouts in 2023. Nationwide's CEO, Debbie Crosbie, said the strong financial performance allows the lender to offer more benefits to its members.
